However, despite these opportunities, there are millions of people if not billions who are not enjoying their occupation.
Employees in high-paying fields like IT and finance often report higher job satisfaction due to financial security, motivating them to focus on long-term plans and lifestyle choices. Yet not appreciating their effort may cause resignation. Another thing that satisfies employees at work is a friendly environment. A good relationship and supporting colleagues will positively affect their overall happiness. Companies that provide a clear career path often have higher employee ratio. The main reason is that staff members will be assured that they will grow and advance in the future. These are the main factors of career fulfillment.
On the other hand, the young generation may find it difficult to balance work-life and personal life. Additionally, it will be challenging for them to feel satisfied working under pressure since they used to study and enjoy life with their friends. In the regions with a high unemployment rate graduates have to accept jobs that don’t match their knowledge and nature. In our country there are a lot of people with bachelor’s degrees but working as taxi drivers or in delivery services, for example. People are likely to choose their occupation based on their nature, but we have such parents who force their children to work in a specific job or even continue parent’s job. Due to these reasons individuals feel unsatisfied with their jobs.
