Everyone has equal rights on getting the best education for a better future. Whereas there is a never-ending debate whether government should provide funding to private schools. I completely oppose this phenomena as I believe that government should support someone who actually needs it. This essay will delineate some reasons for this phenomenon supplemented with relevant examples.
To begin with, private sectors are comparatively expensive than any other institute. The kids who study in these sectors belong to upper class community who are privileged enough to afford it as to study in these sectors is not a necessity it is a choice. Furthermore there are other local schools which really need the funding for the betterment such as to provide basic needs like proper furniture or electrical devices to students and even to pay teachers as they face the issue of low wages. For instance the private institutes are already making enough money through school fee that they do not require extra funding but on the other hand these funds can benefit local schools.
Additionally, one of the main reasons that government should not fund private institutes is that it will bring a sense of support to a specific religion which is detrimental for the society. As private sectors are usually known to belong to upper class people with specific religion and if government will focus on supporting them the middle and lower class society will feel unwanted which is not healthy for the growth of the society because everyone has equal right to get good education .For example if a Christian private sector is funded by the government it can bring down other religions and it is considered a disrespect to their religion.
In conclusion, everyone should have balanced approach to knowledge and should be treated equally. If government funds private sectors it can have adverse effects such as needy people will be neglected and it can also start a war between religions. I believe that government should have incessant focus on the sectors who actually needs the funding.
