In the modern landscape, juvenile delinquency has been regarded as a serious issue which many accuse young offender’s parents of involving in their child’s misdemeanor and they have to take considerable punishment. From my perspective, parents should not be served retribution as this is not the most effective approach to tackle this concern.
On one hand, parents account for their kid’s illegal act by several factors. Firstly, if a child suffers from divorce and insufficient affection and warmth from family, their mental well-being may be affected detrimentally. Therefore they tend to act aggressively in order to relieve stress and pressure. Besides, lack of supervision and guidance from parents lead to numerous consequences on youngster’s sense of humanity which can distort their perceptions of moral ideals, contributing to later misdemeanor.
On the other hand, inappropriate retribution on adults whose child commits crime could be regarded as counterproductive . Apparently, some kind of punishment such as monetary compensation could place a huge financial burden on individuals. As if a family suffers from bankruptcy , they may not be able to give appropriate assistance to their kids during the rehabilitation process.Alternatively, parents should spend those considerable money for moral education courses, equipt necessary things for their child to re-enter society. Having received valuable assistance ,juvenile criminals could convert their mindset and become law-abiding citizens.
To put in a nutshell , wrong-doings should be addressed in some efficient approach to help delinquents overcome mistakes. By prioritizing education with guidance from both family and school, we can ensure a fulfilling future for children.
