It is believed by many people around the world that capital punishment should be allowed for the severly-done crimes. However, on the other hand, other people value it is not necessary to be used. In this essay, I present my point of view that I disagree with the belief of serious crimes’ criminals should be punished cruelly by the capital. As if there are many diverse people gets notified by the punishment, yet it reminds people that every action has consequences.
In this era, people gets easily informed by the publicity about what is going on, including capital punishment; therefore, many young people and elderly people are getting traumatized by the sympathetic individuals making these decisions. Perhaps the criminal has done a harsh crime, does not mean the law can do another crime once again. For instance, if a person gets punished by accusation, it is not fair by justice.
However, on the other hand, capital punishment should be allowed for severly-done crimes to notify the civillians to not repeat these harsh crimes once more. Likewise, in many countries, this action is taking part in the law system by the government to help decrease the number of crimes and violation. For example, China has strictly written law constitution, it helps to maintain the amount of criminal datas’ low.
In conclusion, it is essential to give consequences to the particular criminals; nevertheless, it should not be severe punishment as death penalty. I believe, criminals should be working in the fields, rather than getting harsh penalties.
