Some people argue that there is a need for the public to perform in a company with part-time jobs. In my view, I believe that people need to a variety of opportunities career and gain higher revenues for individual life.
In the one hand, it is a number of reasons why nowadays humans are tend to choose temporary jobs. Firstly, they have more times using for family or travel any destination where they want. While they must take a lot of times for full-time jobs to contribute to their companies, sometimes they may get more stressful with many problems between business and household. In UK, research conducted by the University of Greenwich states that the people who take a freelance job, are highly hay and individual freedom more twice as many as working full-time employee in a daily life. Secondly, freedom is a key factor with temporary employee as they can reach any achievement and have a sense of purpose in their life.
In the other hand, there are some risks of temporary jobs. If you are in a fresher or junior level, you must face other candidates with the same condition and hardly get a great position. With the report of the Indeed job market, it states that the project and experience are becoming more important to review a cover letter of freelance workers. When you have not a right job, you must limit living costs as they cannot rely on alternative sources of financial support.
In conclusion, while it is true that they needs to arrange their time reasonably, workers can earn much more many contributing to their life.
