It is argued that numerous people tend to live in a house, whereas, other individuals believe that there are more benefits to live in an apartment instead. Although living in a house provides people more privacy and large space to live in, I think that living in an apartment is better because apartments often exist near to the city services facilities and that’s more urban life.
the main advantage of living in a house is the privacy, because the family does not share any part of the house with anyone, compared to apartments building which have more than one family. Consequently, people who have a quite life style and respect private life would prefer stay in a house. Another point to consider is the huge space outside the house, because usually these houses have a garden infront their place. So they think that is the convenient and safe space for their children play time. Despite having these advantages from my opinion these types of houses mostly existed in the suburbs of the city.
one of the benefits of living in apartment is being close to the most critical facilities in the city. That’s to say, people who work or study need this type of accommodation because they need to commit regularly by public transportation. For instance, international students who study in urban city have to chose a place that near to their university, and also rent would be cheaper than a house. that are the reasons why living in apartments is more useful from my perspective, as a student.
In conclusion, meanwhile living in a private house having a good advantages, in a specific cases living in apartment is so far better. Because it gives some people affordable life.
