Firstly, people can get higher salary in such companies, because those companies have huge influences and make more money compared with the smaller ones. Secondly, when people work in a big entreprise, they will learn how to deal with complicated systems and different people, not speak those talented people they can learn from, and thus can develop themselves fast. For example, when Open AI is studying the most advanced techniques, small companies may be still busy with very basic work. For those people who want to learn newest skills, Open AI is a much better choice.
However, there are some people disagree with the pointview above, and think working in smaller companies is better. The reason why they support this idea is that small companies can save people from stressing environment, because they are less competitive and there is no need to follow every new trend. Besides, people do not need to move to a new place to work, since they can find a job in local companies, rather than the brands mainly built in big cities. Furthermore, relationship with collegues can be more easy to handle in small companies, because they would not feel that they are just parts of a huge system, but a group of people that rely on each other.
