Some people like planning activities in their personal free time, while others dislike it. In my opinion, I disagree with this statement, but I will mention some of the good aspects of planning.
On the one hand, activities can be anything; for example, swimming, watching movies, playing video games, and so on. It depends on people choosing their relaxing ways to relieve their stress and escape from busy life for a moment. Some random thoughts can change people’s minds immediately when doing some activities. Doing so until you enjoy it is the best option. Plans concerning activities should not be organized because pleasure time means doing things without a schedule.
On the other hand, organized people may agree with this statement because they work with schedules. They may set lists of things to do in their free time, not doing random things. They think everything should have a plan and be done exactly according to it.Additionally, having a plan can reduce anxiety for those who feel uncomfortable with last-minute decisions, allowing them to fully relax because they know what to expect. Therefore, planning can offer a sense of control and satisfaction that unplanned time might not provide.
In conclusion, while planning free-time activities can offer structure and reduce stress for some, others find more enjoyment in the spontaneity of unplanned time. Personally, I believe free time is best enjoyed without strict planning, allowing for greater flexibility and relaxation. Ultimately, the choice to plan or not depends on individual preferences.
