It is often believed that kids should start adapting to different foreign languages at a very young age, while others believe it is a better idea to let the children wait until they enter secondary school. I strongly agree with the latter statement that kids should enter secondary school to be able to understand things better and effectively whereas small kids get under pressure at a very young age.

To begin with, people should allow young children to be in high school to make them learn new languages. The main reason for that is students have better ability to grasp the new things easily. In high school, they are in perfect time where they can handle pressure and know how to tackle any situation. They utilize their time and resources in that manner. In addition to that, students already have plans reaching high school and get the right direction according to their plans. For instance, most students want to study abroad, they know which country they are moving to, according to that they learn that country’s specific language rather than learning completely different languages which might they will not get any benefit from. Therefore, studying distinct languages at the right time is very crucial for better understanding and handling in an effective way.

On the other hand, making kids study new languages at a very young age is too much for them to handle mentally. They got under so much pressure at some point as the result, they got fearful of their parents and teachers. This also makes them unable to express their thoughts in front of their parents and mentors. For example, studies show that at present above 50% of young children are facing depression and anxiety only because of academic and suicidal thoughts that occur in their minds. Hence, pressurizing young kids at a very young age can put them under stress and minimize their performance in further tasks as well.

In conclusion, despite learning new things at very beginning of life can benefit in certain ways, I believe allow the kids to grow up to certain age to put them in a situation where they can handle their own thoughts and work precisely.
