Nowadays, crimes are becoming more often due to poverty. I totally agree with that poverty causes most of crimes because of lack of knowledge and other ways to earn money.
The main reason of crimes is that people want to make money in an easiest way. For this, they have lack of knowledge for improving skills and then to get a job. Not all of people have enough money and opportunity to have an education, and they start to do illegal things. It includes selling drugs, stealing things from the market and even killing people. After all of these crimes people usually get a caught, but after days or even years they become free. But prison cannot help to avoid crimes and people start to commit a crime again and again because they didn’t get a knowledge about earning money in prison, and they don’t have another choice to make money legally. This reason prove that poverty is a key to commit crimes.
However, there is the reason why poverty cannot be a key of crimes. People from rich family can also commit different kind of crimes. For example, some family have a business and their earnings are slightly declined. Each of family members don’t want to become poorer and this situation leads to illegal cases inside of the business. Due to connection with leaders, who can hide these crimes, such as mistakes in financial services and others, this kind of business and their workers usually avoid prison or fines. Crimes can be done by rich people too, it doesn’t matter how much money they have.
To sum up, I support this idea that poverty, which includes less learning skills and limited method of earning, is the main reason to commit crimes.
