There is no denying the fact that having a job is important to live a decent life. Choosing the right job for you is vital; a suitable and well- paid job is the perfect definition of a good working life. Some employees are comfortable with working for the same organisation all their lives; others, however, like to change their jobs more often. In my opinion, I believe that having multiple opportunities means more chances and experiences. Overall, it is a matter of preference .
To begin with, there are more different departments and companies than there were before. Moreover, many individuals prefer to try more than one job during their employment years. This trend has its upsides; whoever wants to develop their skills will choose this interesting method. For example, a fresh graduate is full of energy and willing to take risks; it is not fair for them to work at the exact same organisation, doing the same work for more than four years.
On the other hand, some people find it difficult to exchange positions. Having their salary at the end of every month is what they need and nothing more. It is also possible to say that leaving their comfort zone is a hard thing to do. For instance, a simple job that is close to home and pays well is what an employee with this kind of mindset wants.
In conclusion, there is no easy answer to this statement. It does not matter which employee you are as long as you have a comfortable working life, so whatever you prefer is what makes a job suitable depending on your lifestyle.
