It is often said that male leaders have a tendency to conflict and it is make people think that maybe women leader can do better with more peaceful enviroment. However, it is not good to swallow without any deliberation.
There is no denying that women have a bigger emphaty that boosted them to act more consider with other people. It is also make them “social” which emphasize a good relationtionship. Women tend to maintain relationship with other, and avoid conflict. In other hand, man is logical human. It is affected in how their thinking process and their act. They will tell and rebuke to other’s mistake, no matter the risk in their relationship. Sometimes, it feels like harsh but actually it is their way to keep something goes well. For example, most of the personality test showed that men have a less score in social dimension than women. The data support even men and women have a difference nature, which then influence their behavior. Even though this nature can influence, thereis many others factor that have contribution. Not always men lead us to violence and vice versa.
So i would tell that i am not agree with the information said that female leader always the best option. All of that depend on the person, not the gender. We must to ensure our choice before determining the leader. We can run some background checking to confirm the data so we can have the right leader.
In conclusion, i do not agree that female leader always better than men because women leader can provide more peacefull enviroment. It is not about gender, but futher about the person itself. Nature between them not the only factor that influence their tendency but there many another factors so we can not sum up like that.
