In today’s fast-changing world, office works began to disappear, and remote work developed significantly. Some people believe that offices are vital for people’s personal and social skills, such as communication and team work, whereas others argue that there will be no office work in the future. From my point of view, physical work will continue to play an important role in the future.
On the one hand, one main advantage of remote work is that the flexibility it provides. Many people are able to choose at what time they need to work. In addition, it is really convenient for saving time and money, there is no need to spend hours and money on commuting, transport, eating out. Moreover, this allows to work from anywhere, there is no need to go to the office. For example, online work teaches to organize time more properly and set priorities.
On the other hand, working from home can make people feel lonely and isolated. This is because they started interacting less with their colleagues and managers. Additionally, it is hard to separate work from personal life when both happen at the same time. Finally, there are maybe a bad internet connection or computer issues, which can affect productivity and future career.
In conclusion, while some think that physical offices will become obsolete; in my opinion, office work will remain important for thier future career growth. Overall, if people manage their time effectively and stay focused, remote work can be a very efficient for many people.
