Remote work is a good inovation in the indutrial era right now. It brings convinience to employee, and more advantages such us efficient vehicle costs and office building rental. But at the same times human, as as social being, need interaction to others for enhancing bounding and collaboration. I would like to share my opinion about these.
Some company have given convinience to their employee for working in anywhere, so it is nedd to come to offiice to attend any meeting maybe or doing jobs easily. Because almost the jobs can be done wherever they are. One of she advantages remote work is efficiency cost such us tranportation, meal and time. Thus, employee can save more their money for another need. At the some time, A company can save much money because it has not to spend more money for building maintanance, electricity cost, and cleaning service. With that, some people said that it can cause urban office space becomes obsolet and the city center will quiet.
Eventhough remote working gives employee advantages, on the other hand some people said that physical office is still needed for interaction and knowing company cultrure. Relation each worker is built through interaction physically so it is good for team.
Thereby, both of them have advantages and disadvantages, but I believe that remote working can give more impact for employee, our nature–because we can reduce using tranportation and electricity, and need to buid building. I suggest for other companies can apply this with begins mix betwen online and offline.
So I conclude bahwa even remote working still need meeting offline but it is not always in the office, maybe in the cafe shop with online team. Beacuse remote means you can do your work in anywhere, so it is imposible the city center will obsolete or may maybe decliene.
