Another advantage is digitising the booking systems of public transport and cabs. A traveller travelling to a new city can easily get the timings of the public transport in the city easily on Google. It also shows which transport is the fastest way to reach the final destination and where the traveller can board the transport. Additionally, he or she can easily book a ticket for that transport easily online. On the other hand, if technology was not used the traveller would have to go physically to the station, wait in a queue to book the ticket.
Albeit, excessive dependency on computer technology might have not produced the most fruitful results. However, it cannot be fully eliminated from our lives. Our lives today hang on to technology immensely. We rely on technology to aid us to do our day-to-day tasks like connecting to our dear ones and moving around. We also rely on it for our health.
