Capital pinalties can be crucial and fundamental to drive people’s awareness on rules. This involves legals, laws, and policies creation to regulate the public in order to maintain welfare. While punishments can be debatable due to its stiffness. Such penalties can be considered deviant due to moral values and humanity concerns. However, in some particular cases, such as severe crime, it might be necessary in order to maintain safety and discipline above all.

Strict rules should be applied towards unresponsible parties. As in severe cases, crime can have a great impact on society, and even eliminating the sense of humanity itself. Many innocent victims lost their life as the result of serious crime. Even in political level cases, such as corruption, implies a practice of indirect yet wicked crime, as it leads to inflation, which impacts society in a vast range, causing starvation, businesses collapse, and even death, The misuse of power in politics, may further result in an unfair action, affecting millions life. Thus, as a matter of equality, people might be true in considering death penalties towards inhuman perpetrators that prejudice others.

Another view may have come from people who respect a second chance. People who refuse the existence of life penalty are likely considering a sense of humanity besides crime behaviours. This view are most likely argued above a religious understanding, at which describes on how people’s rights of life are decided by the almighty God. This group of people emphasizes the importance of respecting other people’s life, and rising awareness of forgiveness. Thus, this house prefers not to judge and execute people, due to their religious consideration.

In conclusion, moral values and religious ethics view are indeed important, but even so, I am still in line of the capital punishment. According to my view, reality can’t always be idealistic on a theoritical knowledge. Sometimes, respecting people’s second chance can be a perfect decision to help others change their mind. But at the end of the day, the action is still important to keep justice. As by normalizing forgiveness, the rate of crime can significantly increase, resulting to disaster.
