children today are often affected by their peers, which is known as peer pressure. Do the advantages of this outweigh its disadvantages? While many argue that the idea is ineffective, I maintain that it brings significant advantages.

In today’s society, many young people are influenced by their friends. One major reason for this is that if their company has a bad influence on children, it can affect them negatively. For example, if the group drinks different types of alcohol or smokes cigarettes, other students may want to try it just like them, and this can suddenly change their minds and behaviour. Besides, in some cases, when their friends try something new and someone does not want to do it, others may attempt to force them through peer pressure, which can have a bad effect. Even parents may not be able to stop their child, and it can harm their future.

Nevertheless, I firmly believe that this approach offers significant advantages. Children can learn good things from their peers. When their group is stronger than them, and when children are surrounded by strong and talented friends, young people try to work harder to improve themselves. As a result, peers support each other a lot. Looking at their peers and sharing thoughts helps a person become polite, become better, and learn how to communicate.

In conclusion, parents are responsible for monitoring who their child is friends with and where they go. It can be seen that children change depending on the kind of people they are friends with.
