In our modern world, a wide range of different music are introduced in online platforms every day. Many people believe that music has the ability to gather people from different culture and ages. In fact, many individuals may attend in certain music concerts from distinct ages and culture. However, nowadays with overwhelming current expansion in music genres and styles, people have a totally different tastes of music.
First and foremost, individuals of different ages generally have considerably different music tastes. In turn, the composition and orchestration of tracks have undoubtedly evolved during last decades. For instance, the Jazz was by far the most favorite genre of the 80’s throughout Europe and North America. In contrast, the contemporary youngs prefer to listen energic music, such as Electronic Dance Music (EDM), Hip hop, and Dubstep.
Furthermore, history and culture of an area substantially influence the the way that local musicians produce music. Moreover, different areas of a country utilize distinct instruments in music production. For example, in the folk music of Kordestan historical instruments, including Kamanche and Qichak, play chief role in constructing main melody. Meanwhile, in the southern cities of Iran an instrument which made from leather and wood, called Nianboun, is played as the main melody maker. In other word, these instruments are indicative of local culture of that area, although other people probably can not interact with them.
In conclusion, the transformation of the music and different music taste of young and elder individuals make it hard to bring people of different ages together by music. I firmly believe that different people tend to listen their favorite genre of music which may be not enjoyful for others.
