Overall, the number of washing machines were the most popular in both years, while the ratio of digital cameras was just well-known in the last year.
According to the 1998 column, the proportion of washing machines reached a peak at 98 percent and it remained stable in 2002. By contrast, there was a reduction in the ratio of video recorders, which fell down from 75 to 60 percent, while other devices had a tendency in development in 2002. Especially the improvement of cell phone percentages – upped 60 percent from 1998 and the second for this upgrade was the number of dishwashers, which accounted for 55 percent in 2002. At the bottom of the rankings, the proportion of digital cameras had a lowest point with 2 percent in 1998;however, there was a slight increase to 39 percent through 4 years.
