Dear Shakhbona,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about an unfortunate accident that occurred while I was taking care of your flat. It was a normal day, and I was baking a cake. Suddenly, the oven door opened by itself, and the glass shattered. As a result, your oven was broken. I sincerely apologize and am ready to pay for the damages.

On Sunday, I was carefully cleaning the house. Suddenly, I wanted to bake a cake. After entering the kitchen and starting to prepare it, I accidentally damaged your oven. But please know that I truly respect your home — I always try to keep it clean and take care of every room.

Furthermore, I admire your home and hope to have a similar one in the future. I will fix your oven within the next few weeks.
