People always have different views of how students are educated, especially what most aspects affect youngsters to achieve learning success. Some individuals say that students need advanced facilities sponsored by the government for schools’ curriculum, while others investing in experienced teachers is more important for the study progress. In this essay, I will shed light on both viewpoints before presenting my own perspective.
To begin with, I believe that the government should provide necessary school equipment because it would be beneficial for students. They could have enough school facilities to study, so that they can better go through the lessons and apply them to life. When mentioning that, there are various provisions namely adding more Science and Chemistry exercise rooms, or screens for students’ presentations to increase the interaction between students and teachers. In addition, well-equipped classrooms also facilitate students’ more effective academic progression via the support of their teachers. This is due to the fact that, proper study equipment allows students to search for materials, do experiments under the teachers’ supervision.
On the other hand, prioritizing the hiring of experienced teachers is also important for students to progress more effectively in lessons. The students always have impression of the teacher who is professional, friendly and has interesting methods of teaching. This, consequently, results in students’ motivation to set learning goals and imitate their instructor to study well. It is not mentioned that the strategy of teaching students may develop the school’s reputation, which has a direct impact on the quantity of people who look for these schools’ quality, and finally has an effect on the school’s increased enrollment.
All in all, while individuals still argue about the importance of these points, I believe that the combination includes both study facilities and experienced teachers with their best teaching methods, therefore, students may have a variety of study opportunities.
