There is no doubt that cosmopolitan cities are growing dramatically but it leads to some social problems for young people. I think the biggest problem is the depopulation of the countryside. I will elaborate on it and some solutions for it in this essay.
To begin with, some people believe that the growing number of major cities in the world has outweighed the disadvantages due to the economic growth. However, there is no doubt that overpopulation will lead to depopulation in the countryside. In fact, in my hometown, Nagano which is the countryside in Japan, recently, the problem that there are not enough people who will work there in the future is concerning as a big social matter. Most people will go out of their hometown to work in the main.
Turning to the dissolution of this problem above, it can be said that the government should be concerned with this problem more seriously and try to give them more high or the same amount of salary as well as the companies in the cosmopolitan cities. It is very difficult to stop the growth in main cities and there are some profits for the country at least, also concerning the fact that some young people want to live in the countryside due to the family or attractiveness for them, that would be the best solution for the future.
To recapitulate, what is the most important thing is trying to coexist between the growth in the cities and more support for the young people in the countryside to deal with the problems. If we could achieve this, choosing their work-life balnce will be more easier for the young people.
