Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds well. I am writing this letter in connection to a letter that I received yesterday where you have asked for my feedback regarding my cookery course at your school. It was a delightful experience where I have tried numerous new culinary delights.

Although every aspect of the course was full of learning and enjoyable, but the dedication and attention to details of some teachers have really moved me and develop my taste for continental foods. After completing my course, I got a job at a local restaurant as a chef where I have prepared thousands of delectable dishes so far. Moreover, I am experimenting with fast foods these days and I would like you to tailor made an online course for working professionals, so that I can enhance my culinary competencies.
