In USA, sodium is the most popular nutrients, used by approximately 43%. Conversely, the least percentage added sugar just 23% in the dinner. However, saturated sugar had slightly increased to 37%. In the lunch time, sodium growing by 29%, saturated sugar accountad for 26%, added sugar contributed to 19%.
On the other hand, snack of the added sugar saw a rise to 42% compared to sodium experienced a decline by 14% but saturated sugars snack remained stable 21%. During breakfast time both saturated and added sugar stayed the same 16%, while sodium dropped by 14%
