Dear Sir or Madam at Jimbaran Library,

I am writing this letter because I want to tell you about anything I like for this library. All the staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Beside this, the library has all the books I wanted. I was visiting this library from senior high school until now. I have completed many tasks in this library and thesis until I graduated from my favorite university.

I do not like this place. It is not quite big, so it is difficult to find a place to sit while reading and doing the task. Most people who visit this place have a bad smell. And make me less comfortable.

I want to suggest you renovate this place into a big building with a new design, because it is very old. And keep telling the staff to always give a positive attitude. I hope you respond to renovate the library.
