The bar chart gives information about traveling directions which were frequently chosen by British honeymooners in 2010. The survey considered opinions of 5000 couples. Overall, what stands out from the chart is that the top of the list was shared between two distinctions, Thailand and Bali, whereas the bottom was taken by three places, Paris, Spain and the Lake District.
As for the most famous honeymoon directions, the number one was Thailand, with 1410 couples, making it slightly more popular than Bali, at 1335. The number of couples who preferred Bali as their place for celebration was two times higher than those who chose Costa Rica, at 750. All 600 married couples who completed the survey said they would stay in the Maldives, compared to 432 newlyweds who opted for the Greek Islands.
The first place among the least favorite honeymoon spots was taken by Paris, with 209 British couples. This was followed by Spain at 140, just ahead of the Lake District which was at the last place, at 124.
