Overall, using butter reached a peak at 1981 while in that time margarine dropped down. Only in 1996 low fat/ reduced spreads appeared and always increased sharply.

In this graph demonstrated that all of three spreads are changeable. They did not save stability. In 1991 margarine and butter became equal in popularity on 100 grams with community. Then, annual consumption of butter decreased by the year to 2007 without improvement and somehow margarine we notice that, margarine in some time risen and in 1996 began decreasing of usage.
