It is supposed that when children begin studying in schools, teachers have a larger impact on their intellectual and social development than ọther factors. While I agree that teachers can significantly influence their pupils, it may not be true that thís is the most influential factor.
It is true that teachers can considerably affect childrens. In the first place, teachers play a role of individuals delivering knowledge about various factors of life through the school programmes. For example, pupils absorb knowledge about numbers, formulation and gain scientific knowledge through core subjects such as math, physics, chemistry…Besides, their creativity and imagination can be fostered through optional subjects, for example, art and music. In the second place, the school environment run on teachers’ rules and regulations may also affect childrens’ social development. To clarify, the school environment provides a crucial social setting for childrens’ social circle and their social skills. Teachers facilitating interaction, cooperation, and conflict resolution will positively affect their pupils’ behaviors and attitudes towards others, contributing to the development of social skills and emotional intelligence.
From other perspective, I don’t suppose that teachers’ influence play the biggest part of the childrens’ overall development.
