overall, it is clear that students who spoke no additional language and two additional language had been declined through the years, while other remaining languages had been increased, except German spoken which remained steady.
there was just only two types of citizens who spoke only English and two additional languages saw a decrease proportions among all. the figure of individuals who can communicated two additional languages was slightly decrease from 14% to 12% between 2005 and 2015. during the same years, in terms of no additional language, there was a dramatic decrease from 45% to 30%, which presented an increasing language learner. therefore, there was a significantly rise on Spanish spoken with 18% to 29% respectively.
for the people who were able to talk another language and French were a slight grow from 10% and 8% in 2005, followed by 14% and 10%, respectively. whereas, the learning of German language remained level off at 5%.
