There are some views think that because schools have a competitive environment, it could effect on children in negative way . On another hand, there is some parents believe that ,if their children was in somewhere that have a competitive between students they could achieve higher marks . In my perspective, I believe every view have her advantage and disadvantages side , but im most likely to believe competitive environment encourages children to be successful for different reasons. Such as , if they see other student achieve a good marks that maybe would give them the motive to be better in next time . Oversized, being in competitive environment since young age will help them later in their careers.
First of all, schools are usually a place that stufents being compared from themselves or teachers. In addition, if they see their collegial doing great and being awarded for their work , the other students will get the motive and try to improve themselves to be in the exact place in next time . So that will make them more successful and achieve a great achievement.
Secondly,Most people think that competitive environment the kids go through it in school only .The opposite happened they will experience that in every stage in their live specially in works . So normalize how to act in situations like that . Likewise, it will shape their personalities and make them more confident and able to face different situations.
