In my opinion, I strongly believe that a regular exercise is very important to have a healthy life and also, inhibit a lifelong disease at the same time, instead of a healthy diet only. However, the potential drawbacks from this activeness is that the excessive action of this exercise could give a bad impact for health such as, stress, overtraining, and poor immunity.
Regardless, some people argued that in fact, the key factor of having a lively life is by a healthy diet. This diet could provide a numerous benefits because it contibutes to get a better skin health from the nutrients and boost the body’s defense against infection.
