Making the human workforce redundant by assigining work to smart machines at companies may not be a totally positive trend. it seems that the government must be prepared for the negative effect of the said practice on employment.
One drawback of replacing humans in the forkforce by AI-aided machines would be a possible breakdown of human psuchological balance by feeling useless. When a person loses their job, they might initially begin to doubt their significance and usefulness, which might in turn invoke depression. Another disadvantage will be a feeling of financial insecurity resulting from unelmployment. This can create a crisis in the lif eof the individual, who keeps worrying about supporting their family. This can too result in a negative psychological impact on the affected individual.
In conclusion, it seems that in cases where the workforce must be replaced by more efficient methods, the government must come to help those affected by the change both financially and pyschologically. However, I beleive it would also be more useful if the governments could predict such changes in business trends and help provide the workforcr with tyraining necessary to keep them intheir positions or a similar one elsewhere, which can eventually protect the affected workforce from the predicatbel negative results.
