On the other hand, if a huge amount of budget was spent on investigating other planets, it might become problematic for the population. The government should make a discrepancy between human wellbeing and the country’s improvements as it might reduce social misunderstandings and some substantial issues. Moreover, stimulating a person with benefits enhances a country’s economy and international cooperation. For example, if the government started to provide enough opportunities for people such as healthcare, education, transport system and infrastructure, it would definitely have an effect on labor productivity and the standard of living.
