I have been using a gym “Forward” for a while. I want to give you feedback, because I believe that the quality of provided services should be increased.

I will start with the positive side. The staff is always amiable and polite, the purity level is also dignify. I have to notice, that organization is very appropriate to high-level club. I relish this part of the gym.

However, I have few complaints: the internet, which was promised as 5G always isn’t working as well as it has to work, there are many glitches and interference; the exercise equipment often doesn’t show the accurate result. Generally, all troubles connected with a technical part. Please, pay attention to this.

In the nearest future I hope I will see a lot of new equipment and changes with the internet work. I can’t tell that I completely satisfy the gym, I consider, the troubles must be liquidate as soon as it possible.
