Nowadays, the state of the environment has become worse. The question is about who must protect the environment if its the government or the citizens. While some individuals believe that this is mission laying on government opponents believe that the responsibility is mainly belong to citizens.
On the one hand, government own a large power, which is funds furthermore they may influence on people. They can use their power and create laws to save environment. For example, sorting garbage, equip the city special bins for all types of human wastes and for someone who do not follow the restrictions. another real example
On the other hand, First of all, taking care environment is everyone’s responsibility. It cannot be denied that it is individuals’ gathered positive actions form the overall environmental picture. It’s their small intentions cause large improvements, such as sorting garbage, saving water and electricity, replace plastic bags with reusable cloth bags thereby it leads to a significant positive effect.
In conclusion, environmental protection is a major goal of the whole world and I firmly believe that the both sides have completely the same responsibility.
Only assembled efforts of politics and citizens can lead to real and long lasting positive changes in the protection of environment.
