I am writing this letter to express my dissanfication regarding the apartment which my friends rented for staying during our holiday trip near sea beach at cox’s bazar.
I am extremely disappointed to share a few basic things were not in service, Firstly the Air Conditional was not in a good conditions it was not cooling properly. Secondly, the apartment was totally different than what we book for our holiday. Moreover, the window curtain was broke, which created an unexpected situation the master bedroom was visible to it and everything could be seen from outside.
In addition, My father had a bad headache after long drive. He was very upset with this bad experience. My mother was very Unhappy that she informed me to leave your residence immediately. I tried to reach you office about this matter but there was no positive response.
Therefore, I kindly request you to insurance this matter and take affirmative action. It is our expectation that you should amuse compensation for our struggle or any other compensating measure you find suitable.
