I am writing to complain about the service received by your staff.
I hosted a dinner party for my family on my brother’s birthday last week because I heard a lot about your Mexican food, which is my most favorite one. In addition to that, your staff took a lot of time for serving a food as we waited for more than an hour. Therefore, this was very inconvenience for us. Apart from that, we were about 15 people on that day and some of them ordered a Chinese food and it had more salt. So, we asked them to replace this food without any extra pay. Initially, they refused it but after doing more request they ready to do so.
As a result, I would like to request you to give 50% money back from my bill . If you would agree on my concern, which I really appreciate that. I would look forward to your response.
