Dear Mr. [Name],

Hello, I hope you’re doing okay. It’s [Name], from the [Street Name] Street across the Town Hall, the one that you’re working for my garden. I would like to say thank you for the completion of my garden. It was done good, but I do have some revisions about the work.

After you left, I had a look around, and found out that there is a water leak for the mini waterfall that you have built. I assume it because at some points, the water keeps decreasing its volume, and after a long time, it dries out. I am not sure where the leak might comes from, but I need it to be checked tomorrow.

I know you have done your job, but the leak is something that should not be taken easily since it affects my garden poorly. I have manifested the fish pond with the little waterfall to work naturally, and I have mentioned to you that it is one of the important features of my landscape. And if it is broken, then I would like to not finished the rest of the payment until you fix the problem.

So, I would like your team to come to my house tomorrow to review the situation and find the solution beforehand. I have an important guest next week, so I need the garden to be finished before the deadline we have agreed with on our contract.
