The following country is Switzerland, which doubled from 3 million to 6 million. The rest were only slightly elevated, such as Denmark, 0.7 million plus from 1999, and both Belgium and Sweden boosted by 0.2 million.
Another one is bananas, which shows that Switzerland had the greatest demand, which increased from 15 million in 1999 to 47 million in 2004. The UK is the second largest, increasing from 1 million to 5.5 million, and Belgium increased from 0.6 million in 1999 to 4 million in 2004.
