The job satisfaction is when you work in a job that you like with good work environment.

It’s tottaly different if you are looking for a job security or job satisfaction

Because if you are working and you feel secure it’s not necessary to feel satisfied and the opposed is correct.

In my opinion job security is not necessary because you have to feel satisfied to do your best, and if you lost this job you will find another one maybe with higher salary because you have experince now and that what the big companies looking for, I think the people they feel secure they don’t get pay will because they will work in small companies with small project, like the teachers and soldiers, they absolutely feel secure but not satisfied, If i have to choose one ofcourse i will choose satisfaction to work harder and i get promotions faster and increase my salary and chances to win the highest jobs like Ceo for big company,

At the end of the discussion you can select your path but remmember secure job didn’t get pay will if you are relay on one job one source for income I don’t think it’s will be enough for start your life and get childern so think a lot before choose the job security, because you are not going to live the life you want.
