Dear Enkhjin,

How have you been? I hope you are doing well. It’s been a while since we last met to plan our trip.

I was really looking forward to our first ever music festival. We had been planning to go to “Play Time Festival” during our holiday. I have already prepared my festival essentials what will I dress, what kind of makeup will I do. Because we wanted to go this festival very long time.

However, my manager asked me to stay because our annual budgeting process started unexpectedly. Especially, we have to work on Friday and Saturday to attend an important meeting about this process. Could we postpone the trip?

I have another idea. If it is possible, we can go last 2 days of festival instead of first 2 days. I researched about can we change our ticket and last 2 days’ line-up. The organizers said that it is possible to change days and the line-up is also really good though.

I hope you will understand my situation, and change the days. I will wait your response.
