Looking on the three pie charts that show the changes in annual spending by local authorities in Someland in 1980, 1990 and 2000, we definitely see changes throughout the years.
If we look at the feature of higher education we can see that, during the ages it remained taking less than half of the pies. Whereas the feature of transportation changes rapidly from the 1990 to the 2000. The feature of environmental services did not rose, but dropped during the years. Looking at the feature of K-12 Education we can see that from the very 1980 up to the 2000 it slightly decreased, going from 25% to 18%. The feature of health and human resources remained really essential feature for the people in 1990. taking up 20% of the pie, while for the people in 1980 and 2000 it remains no more than 15%. Other features throughout the years stay less than 10%, which shows that it was not that crucial as higher education.
In conclusion we can see changes in different parts of the pies during different years, but they still are not really different for every feature.
