Dear Landlord,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you about some problems I have been experiencing in my apartment since I recently moved to this city for work.

The kitchen sink has been leaking continuously, and the water heater is not working properly. In addition, the bedroom window does not close completely, allowing dust and outside noise to enter the apartment.

These issues are causing me a great deal of inconvenience. The leaking sink makes the floor slippery, the lack of hot water affects my daily routine, and the broken window makes it difficult for me to sleep comfortably after work.

I kindly request you to arrange for the necessary repairs as soon as possible. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to your response.
