I am writing this letter to let you know the feedback regarding the stay in your hotel for the conference which was held on 13/11/24.
In fact, all the participants reported that they enjoyed the facility due to its beautiful infrastructure and your prompt service. More over, attendees enjoyed the swimming pool, garden and cottages which extend to the lake. Apart from that, the location and weather was really awesome and helped to refresh and relax.
However, many attendees of the meeting reported that they were not happy with the food provided during their stay at the hotel. The buffet arrangement and lack of proper facility to keep food warm and confusions regarding the waste management were really a problem. As per the feed back from the participants, I would like to suggest a few things to improve the food in our future meetings. Firstly, the catering service could be more professional and they require a proper training in hospitality and guest management. Secondly, kindly arrange certain modern facilities to keep food in warm condition, which likes most individuals. Finally, you can implement a proper waste management system especially to manage food waste.
I hope we will collaborate in future for more such programmes and I would like to give more positive feedback about your hotel.
