I am writing to raise your attention to the bad service provided by the hotel that you have accommodated for me for a board meeting.
Board meeting with member its was the fantastic idea to gather a peoples to connect with their higher officials. And also the food and freebies of our company product that provided to each and every individuals were amazing on that moment.
However,meeting is gone well but the room service that you provide was too worst.while I am on the meeting I informed the hotel room service to clean my room.By end of the meeting , I went back to the room and saw that it was uncleaned so I called the room service again and told to clean , the reponse were so rude and I have been waiting for 2 hours and their not yet give any service. So I decide to move to another hotel room and I stayed .
As a director of an orgainisation,i like to suggest some ideas to be improve for the next upcoming meeting or conference.Though your meeting is well orgainized but you need to be focus on accommodation that’s a main thing to make a members and employees that makes a first impression.
I would to appreciate it if you could improve orgainisation of accommodation and It was a nice experience with you.
