Numerous people believe that parks should be constructed in city areas. The crowds and pollution in city areas cause environmental degradation and pollution. So, to maintain a green environment and control pollution, there should be park areas where people can come and relax. The struggles of life leave people hassled, and they can take a few minutes to feel better. Also, they can take time to think positively and enjoy nature and fresh air while in the park.
Initially, the author agrees that the construction of parks is more appropriate in urban areas than in housing areas. As we know, urban areas are places where more facilities and infrastructure are provided to improve people’s living standards. The increasing number of people in urban areas makes the places more polluted and crowded. For instance, even if housing is built on small acres of land, people come there for better opportunities. Consequently, if park areas were built, people would obviously come there to refresh their minds and enjoy nature.
On the other hand, the opportunities that urban areas offer attract people. But overpopulation, noise pollution, and other problems are arising because of it. If park areas are constructed, people can spend time alone and improve their mental and physical health. People can come for morning walks or morning rituals such as yoga and other physical exercises and get fresh air and also encourage afforestation. Due to the large number of houses in urban areas, the green environment is decreasing day by day.
In conclusion, people living in urban areas have a responsibility to make the environment green, covered by trees, and manage biodegradable and non-biodegradable pollution. They can also conduct awareness programs regarding pollution minimization in their areas.
