Dear sir,
I am writing to express my bad experience as passanger of your train company, whereas I want to complain about the behaviour of staff members.
Today, On april 23, I visited to station to travel to my friends birthday party but unfortunatily, I was told that I can not travel because my ticket is not valid because of some technical issue on your website as I booked it online a week ago.
I was very disappointed because solution of my problem was very away as employees are not even listening to my complaint. Moreover, They took a lot of time to book new ticket for me, it resulted as I missed my train.
I want to suggest you that, Please improve and upgrade your website so travellers don’t face the same problem again. Moreover, Kindly help me with the refund of my invalid ticket booking.
