I am a dev. I heard you are planning to arrange this year’s party. I hope you are busy planning this year party arrangements. I am writing this letter to request , we need to change something this year that we made mistakes last year.

You know that last year we arranged catering food has many problems like level of salt, sugar and all masala. Although everybody talked last year catering is not good. So I am requesting you, this year we need to hire good caters. This year we don’t want to make any issue in this party.

Also, I have one of my friends Ramesh is doing catering in our city. He Is one of the most famous and best caters. He charges high money for catering but his food is very delicious. So I am planning to meet you at your office and invite my friend Ramesh to discuss catering. I hope you agree with that and choose my friend’s catering service this year.
