Overall, it’s clear that despite coconut and canola oil the majority of oil consumption showed considerable decline. However sunflower oil remained constant over the period.

looking at the details,in 2005 the consumption of ovile oil was in its peaked at 35. Followed by canola oil at 25. Similarly, peanut, soybean and sunflower oil was 10 and 15 respectively . Lastly the least used oil was coconut with only 5.

By 2020, there was slight decline in olive soyben and penaut oil to 30, 5 and 5 respectively. Likewise, coconut oil and canola oil experienced dramatic rise to 15 and 30 each.
