Overall, currently, Norbiton industrial zone is situated in the east of the town and in the south of the river. Obviously, there is a plan to convert the entire area into a residential district, necessitating the removal of all factories.
In the present, the industrial facilities are concentrated in the central circle. The agricultural land lies on the opposite side of the river, particularly, in the south of the river.
Looking ahead, retail outlets and medical center will be established in the south of the central circle. Moreover, a recreational area projected to be constructed in the east south of the central circle just near the school which will serve the resident of the precinct. Additionally, many infrastructure enhancements are in the agenda, one circle extended from the central circle, many roads, and a bridge over the river will be constructed.
